Haunted Attractions
The Sleepy Hollow Haunted Scream Park is a
way for young and old to get the yell scared out of them. Our unique set up
allows us to create variety of scares, from the gruesome and gory to the
startles and screams, our Haunted Village has something for everyone.
For the younger and more easily frightened, we have the Castle of Blood.
This haunted house begins with a tour through a Medieval torture chamber
where deformed hooded creatures explain the terrible means to extract 
information. Some times reality is scarier than fiction. From there, enter
the Castle itself, where animated scares and life-like scenery haunt you
every step of the way. If you make it out of the Castle, take a trip on our
Illusions Halloween Hayride. There are few scares on this ride, mostly laughs and a
few starts. When the ride is over, browse the village shops and catch an old
horror movie, or take a trip through the 3-D gallery. The Fog
Maze is also a
lot of fun, if you can find your way out.
For those who want more troubling dreams, we dare you to enter our other two
haunted houses, Chaos and Nightmares. In Chaos, experience sensory overload
while you are chased by relentless crazies wielding everything from machine
guns to saws-alls. 
Nightmares assaults you with gruesome scenery and even
scarier spirits. Try not to end up in a body bag as you negotiate your way
through these dark and terrifying scares.
If you made it this far you may as well try to escape from Convict
Island,
our newest addition to the Haunted Village. This new level of fear opens
October of 2008, and promises to push the limits of everything the Sleepy
Hollow Scream Park has done to date.
Don't forget to bring your appetites this year.
The Haunted Scream Park has food vendors offering everything from corn
dogs, hot chocolate, and warm cider to buffalo burgers, brats, and
pizza. Plus all the food vendors have a free activity
for your group to play. There is also a free inflatable obstacle
course where you can challenge a friend to see who can get through it the
fastest.

That's right! This year we are bringing back our number system, so there
will be virtually no more waiting in line for the Haunted Houses. Feel free to
peruse the village and explore the fright and fun within. Then, when
your number is up, simply go to the attraction you wish to enjoy, without the
long wait..
